Sixteen high school students from the Tokai region, selected through Nagoya University's original science and mathematics education program, the Global Science Campus (GSC), participated in a 4-day program in North Carolina.

The high school students, chosen from over 300 applicants through multiple selection stages, joined the program after conducting experiments and practical training at Nagoya University laboratories.

During their four-day stay, they attended entrepreneurship workshops and lab tours at NC State University. On the final day, they presented their research findings at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Although the Nagoya University Mirai GSC will conclude this academic year, we look forward to seeing the future achievements of the students who have gained valuable experience through this program.
