Technology Partnership of Nagoya University, Inc.

The BME TV Seminar Series is a joint effort between the University of North Carolina and North Carolina State University Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering and Nagoya University (NU).  Dr. Seiichi Matsuo, current NU President, kicked off the first seminar in November of 2014 and addressed an audience at UNC and NC State.  Dr. Nancy Allbritton, Chair of the UNC/NC State Joint Department, followed and addressed an NU audience in December of 2014.  So far there have been twelve seminars with twelve distinguished speakers.  The BME TV Seminar Series is intended to enhance academic communication in the BME field at all three universities and to promote further academic collaboration, including joint research and student exchange.
